Although not all Seventh-day Adventists are vegetarian, we are nonetheless known for our delectible vegetarian cuisine. Many people who eat meat often ask vegetarians, "So what do you eat, anyway?" The recipes within this Web site are of course only a fraction of the yummy possibilities, but we'd like to share some Highland View Church favorites. In fact, if you join us for church on the second Saturday of the month and then stay for our monthly fellowship lunch, you just might be able to sample some of these recipes for yourself.
